Booking Policy

To make a booking for an escorted tour:
We suggest that you phone us at the office to ascertain the availability of places on the cruise. We can then select a cabin for you, and when this has been done, we shall send you a booking form and ask you to complete it and return it with a 25% non-refundable deposit (plus the insurance premium if required) to secure your place. We ask that this is returned within 10 days, otherwise the reservation will lapse. We then issue a confirmation account and the insurance documentation if required. Later, we shall send you comprehensive party instructions, wildlife lists and a past report (if applicable). About ten days before the tour we will send you the tickets, the party list and final joining instructions.

To make a booking for an un-escorted tour:
Please select the cruise you wish together with the category of cabin you require. We shall then contact the ship’s agents and confirm availability. We will then send you a booking form and ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit (plus the insurance premium if required). Once this has been received we will issue a confirmation account and the insurance documentation if required. Later, we shall send you the joining instructions and lists, together with a free bird guide for the region. We shall also give any advice on obtaining visas if this is applicable. If required we can book international flights and hotel accommodation.
